| Wonderfully secluded and luxurious, Finca Ses Planes is set in breathtaking surroundings nestled in the valley below the Castillo Alaro, just 2km outside the Mallorquin village of Alaro, which has a full range of shops and restaurants. Although built in the local style and stone, this vast and luxurious house boasts every conceivable facility. It is built around a double courtyard so every room has an outside entrance. It is equipped to an excellent standard with every modern convenience including satellite television & DVD player in all rooms and a state of the art music system which can be activated anywhere in the house, on the terraces and at the pool area. The property is fully air-conditioned and the fabulous split level kitchen boasts its own walk-in fully refrigerated cold room. The immaculate gardens sweep downwards from the main house to a private floodlit tennis court and large swimming pool with jacuzzi. Adjacent to the pool is the pool house offering the ultimate alfresco dining experience, equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and stone built barbecue. The poolhouse also has its own changing room, toilet and shower. The housekeeper is an excellent cook and, as well as doing all the shopping for guests, she will happily prepare lunches, dinners or barbecues to order. Of particular note is the master bedroom suite which has two large bathrooms and a private terrace from which to enjoy the spectacular views. The suite has its own music system and Sky TV system. Rental also includes two cars, a 7 seater Chrysler Voyager and a VW Beetle. |
