| Enjoying spectacular vies across the valley Cortijo La Virgen sits in lovely mature gardens were designed with a very English feel to them, and plenty of shady nooks for spending hazy afternoons. Guests often wonder around the surrounding farm land to see the work being done on the estate, and the charming and friendly staff will be happy to tell you more if you desire. The property itself has a very English country feel about it, without loosing the charm and looks of an Andalucian farm house. Large rooms are adorned with elegant décor giving a true sense of a real home away from home.
The house is situated close to Sotogrande, and the area is very popular with Polo players, who come down for the summer season. Early rises will be able to see the ponies being walked to the polo fields through the valley.
This is the perfect house for a relaxing stay and there are plenty of rural walks in the area and further afield that allow you to explore the area at your leisure. If all the relaxation gets too much for your, the coast is a fifteen minute drive away, and the bright lights of Marbella a 30 minute drive away. |
