We have seen few small properties that are so romantic and secluded, in a beautiful setting with spectacular far reaching views of the Tiber Valley and surrounding countryside.

La Cupa is the comfortable much loved home of its interesting owner and the summer months see al fresco meals under the shade of two chestnut trees, and it will be difficult to leave the beautiful and private pool area with shade at one end, and its unbeatable views.
