| Located in a superb position near the most beautiful coastline in Sardinia, La Contessa is for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable Sardinian holiday home. Built on rocky landscape, typical of the area, La Contessa has accommodation on two levels giving guests a choice of two sitting rooms, as well as a range of terraces and balconies. A large and elegant air conditioned sitting room overlooks the swimming pool and is well equipped with a television, CD player and even an antique piano. From here there are French windows leading out to a balcony and steps down to the pool and terraces. The open plan kitchen leading off the lounge is excellently equipped and there is a dining terrace for eating al fresco, shaded by trees and equipped with a barbecue. Down an internal staircase from the sitting room, there is a second kitchen and dining/sitting room (air conditioned with a television) and a separate entrance leading onto a small balcony and the gardens. Each colourful bedroom is furnished to a simple and comfortable standard.
