| Masseria Falamandrina is a beautiful country house set in a quiet and sunny position on a private agricultural estate with splendid views over the surrounding countryside - gentle hills covered in silvery olive trees and fertile plains.
From the cold pressing of their olives, the owners produce a prized olive oil which is used for the production of cosmetics that can be purchased on the estate.
The house itself has been converted and furnished relatively recently in a warm county style, with comfortable bedrooms and sitting areas. The terrace to the side of the property is 150 square metres and is equipped with a swing and slide. Around the terraces there is a garden (approximately 600 sq.m) with olives and palms, fig trees and bougainvillea.
Just 7 km from Licata, close to the beaches of Southern Sicily, with the Valley of the Temples only 40km away, Masseria Falamandrina is a good base for seeing the best of Sicily. |
