| It is only a short walk from Orkos Beach, one of the island’s loveliest.An L-shaped house, the living area occupies one of the two buildings, while the bedrooms are in the other. The two sides of the house are linked by an unusual outdoor living area, shaded by a roof but open on two sides. This makes a very stylish and romantic setting for an evening meal in particular, with comfortable banquette seating and the light from huge lamps reflecting off the half-moon shaped swimming pool in front of the house. Lithia and Orkos are designed to be let separately and are totally independent of each other. However both houses would be ideal for two families or groups of friends who wish to holiday near each other. The private situation of the house makes car hire a recommended option, bringing the amenities of charming Lakka within easy reach, but the village is also walkable via steep track and steps.
