Modern,spacious, and well-equipped, the villa has been decorated in a comfortable English style, with pretty floral fabrics and sunny colours. A beautiful swimming pool on a lower level is reached by steps and the villa is set in the familiar Paxiot surroundings of olive and cypress trees shared with their neighbour.The lovely beach of Monodendri with its two tavernas is just 2km away.The villa’s proximity to Lakka, the yachtsmen’s favourite Ionian anchorage,means that good shops, varied entertainments and Italian and Greek restaurants are also conveniently close by. |
