House of the Sea

Situated at the south-eastern tip of Lefkada, House of the Sea lies a short drive away from such attractive villages as Sivota, noted for its busy little harbour and waterfront tavernas selling the freshest of fish, caught locally. Mikro Yialos, a beautiful bay with a fine beach and the old village of Poros on the mountain above, can be seen below and opposite the villa, while Vassiliki, with its magnificent windsurfing and kite-surfing, is nearby, to the west. The views are superb, especially magical at night when the absence of artificial light turns the sky into a canopy of stars. A magnificent loggia-style terrace leads to the garden and the pool.
