| The house could well be called ‘The Weaver’s Cottage’, for its Greek name refers to the weavers who practised their craft in these parts years ago. The atmosphere is tranquil and timeless, conducive to total relaxation, as you allow the sights and scents of nature to soothe jaded senses. The air is heavy with the pungent fragrance of herbs such as sage, rosemary and thyme – the very essence of Greece. With one bedroom on the upper floor, and all other rooms at pool level, this is a house in which to enjoy an undemanding holiday – with friends or family. There is something decidedly ‘get-away-from-it-all’ about Ifandis, but Skala and the nearby beaches are within easy reach.
