| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
Set in a classic Corfiot landscape of cypress spires, twisted olives and graceful eucalyptus trees, Scheria is a large and infinitely spacious house, decorated throughout in summery shades inspired by its natural setting. Huge terraces of mellow stone wind around and below the villa, a perfect frame for the gracefully shaped pool. Inside, the house is cool and designed for relaxed living. Local materials have been used to elegant and dramatic effect – flagged stone floors in a soft shade of grey, fragrant cypress wood ceilings, traditional stone exterior walls. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, and there is a large outdoor marble-topped dining table, but the lure of the local tavernas at Kouloura, Kalami and Agni are bound to prove hard to resist. The small beach at Kouloura is only a short walk away, and various water sports are to be found at both Kalami and Kerasia. An ideal house for a group of friends, or a large family.
