| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
Almyra has been most thoughtfully furnished and equipped by its owner and was designed to be a home rather than just a rental property. The sitting room opens on to a beautiful covered verandah, where a wonderful view of the Bay of Kalami and on towards the south of Corfu, can be enjoyed in comfort. With a warm and friendly atmosphere about it, this is a particularly suitable house for early and late season holidays. In high summer, when Kalami is busy, the villa enjoys the advantage of being on the edge of the resort, but the main beach, water sports and shops are only a few minutes walk away. The swimming pool is most attractively sited in a lower level of the hillside garden, with views over the sea, and a barbecue and garden room with kitchenette conveniently located nearby. A small, almost private beach can be reached via a gate on the other side of the road from the driveway.
