Decorated with cool, classic chic, its muted colour schemes are taken from the herbs and plants that are such a feature of the Rou Estate. It has a superbly calm feel about it. It has is own private swimming pool and pool terrace set in an elevated position with commanding views. Designed as an “upside-down” house, the spacious open plan kitchen/living room on the upper floor takes full advantage of the superb views and benefits from an adjoining traditional shaded verandah for outdoor dining/entertaining, leading to the pool terrace. On the bedroom floor below there is a further secluded walled terrace which features a private Jacuzzi again benefiting from the superb views.
