| The friendly charm of Damianos himself, well-known and very popular with those CV clients who have been visiting St Stephano for years, is well-represented by this attractive house. Overlooking an amazing view of the perfect horseshoe of St Stephano’s harbour, the house has spacious, sunny rooms ranging over three floors, with wonderful terraces offering shade or sun, privacy or the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed get-together. The barbecue area is probably one of the most attractive and best equipped of any villa, set on one side of the house on a pleasantly grassy terrace, at the other end of which is the lovely pool. The attractive tavernas of St Stephano and Avlaki are a few minutes’ drive down the hillside as are the sailing and windsurfing school at Avlaki, with its beautiful breezy beach. Kassiopi with its lively nightlife and shopping facilities, is easily reached via the coast road. |
