| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
The beautiful but largely uninhabited shores of Albania. Sapphira is a spacious and comfortable house but its greatest asset lies in its superb outdoor spaces and the use that has been made of them The villa is very large and a good deal of space has been allotted to living and sleeping areas; the furnishings are solid and quite classical in style. Lots of windows bring light and views into every room,and balconies and terraces overlook both sea and mountains. It is the outdoor areas however, that are the real attraction of Sapphira. The master bedroom has extensive and completely private terraces of its own, with shade but also enough sun to please the most ardent sun-worshipper. The large pool is quite stunning – with a curved edge at one end that gives swimmers the impression they are heading for the sea. A good-sized barbecue area, a wonderful covered sitting area on its own balcony, a separate outdoor dining courtyard, traditional pebble mosaics, a Jacuzzi pool and a most unusual rock waterfall are just some of the features of the property. Perhaps one of the things the guest will remember most fondly, though, is entirely natural – the sound of the waves breaking endlessly on the rocks below. The villa is within walking distance of good rock bathing and a relatively quiet beach where boats may be moored. It is also perfectly possible to walk into the village of Kassiopi.
