| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
Occupying a large sea-front property, Allegra is designed to take full advantage of its privileged position. The decoration of the house is unmistakably feminine in its use of subtly muted colours and the choice of paintings and furnishings, while the kitchen is well-designed and will have anyone who loves cooking itching to unpack an apron! When it comes to the enjoyment of outdoor living, which, after all, is what a seaside holiday is all about, the villa is well provided with facilities. The living room opens on to an outdoor sitting area where the most stunning view of the sea below is beautifully framed. There is a lovely sitting area right beside the pool, and a well-equipped barbecue area with its own kitchenette set back slightly from the pool. In front of the villa a path leads down to the sea – where you may bathe off the rocks in water of exceptionally vivid colouring, or continue a little further along the path to the small, tree-shaded bay of Soukia. A boat can be moored here quite safely. The village of Kassiopi itself is within easy walking distance, which makes this villa a fantastic choice for families with teenagers.
