| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
A large, comfortable and very spacious villa situated on the headland that is crowned by the ruins of the once-great Roman fortress of Kassiopi. The amenities and entertainment of Kassiopi’s lively and attractive harbour area are only a short walk from the villa – but cannot be seen or heard from here making it absolutely ideal for families with teenagers who will be able to walk home safely along the fairly quiet road. In the other direction, Imerolia Beach is also a short walk away, while three more beaches lie on the other side of the rocky outcrop beside the villa. Villa Aktea has a superb swimming pool and terrace, stunningly sited above the rocks and the sea. Children are well served by this imposing but people-friendly villa; there is a separate swimming pool for young children, and the possibility to do some fishing without going far from the house and actually to have a good chance of catching something bigger than a tiddler! The dreaded words ‘I’m bored’ need never be heard at Villa Aktea!
