PROPERTY INFORMATION

Comfortable seating and an outdoor dining suite make it certain that most of the time spent at the villa will be on this lovely terrace with its superb view. Large bedrooms and bathrooms contribute to the general sense of space. A private pool sets the house off perfectly, with its sun trap terraces and uninterrupted views. Villas Nicoletta and Periklis the recently built villas share a hillside location and are ideally situated to take full advantage of the therapeutic sea views. Walking or driving down to the bay with its inviting beach and rock-bathing, and with its three excellent restaurants, probably represents the perfect complement to a stay in these spacious and comfortable surroundings. Each villa has its own private swimming pool. On the whole, there is probably little reason to leave Agni throughout the holiday, unless it is for a little essential shopping, or for pottering along the lyrically beautiful coastline in a hired boat. Just above the villas, too, is one of Corfu’s ancient stone villages, Kavalaraina – just a few houses, built one on top of the other, where life is lived much as it has been for centuries. Wonderful for an evening walk or photo opportunity. Solar energy is employed in the heating and pumping of water
