PROPERTY INFORMATION

Kaminaki House is a very pretty house, where the peach-coloured walls and light green shutters are perfectly complemented by the pebble-paved terraces and the profusion of potted plants. An awningshaded dining terrace provides an atmospheric setting for long, lazy outdoor meals, with views of the sea below through the tracery of olive branches. The house has a sunny elegance, with the main terrace, overlooking the sea, an extension of the sitting room. Below the house, a swimming and sunbathing area has been created on the rocks, but the lovely beaches of Kaminaki and Krouzeri are just a short walk away along a footpath. Access to the villa from Kaminaki, with its tavernas, and car parking area, is by a short walk along the pebble beach and then a cemented footpath and a flight of steps, about 5 minutes in all. Our regular clients have been returning for years - so early reservations are essential.
