| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
St Nicholas Beach House is surprisingly secluded, thanks to its private driveway and walled garden. Perched on top of a low cliff and surrounded by a beautifully-kept garden, it enjoys some absolutely stunning views – over a sapphire sea, across the channel to the high mountains of Albania, along the northern coast of Corfu itself – views that are shared by the lovely swimming pool. The gardens are unusually green, filled with mature trees, that provide perfect support to a garden hammock and shade to the various quiet corners. There is, too, a children’s play area. A 70-metre long footpath with rather steep steps, leads down to a virtually private pebble beach where the owner has recently built a small jetty. Sandy beaches, fringed by a shallow sea that small children will love, are close by, along with the facilities of a nearby local hotel which can also provide an additional source of entertainment. Older children interested in nature will enjoy a walk around the nearby lake. The well-being of the guests is of great importance to the owner of the villa and he has supplied an unusual number of up-to-date facilities in his house. Outdoor dining is beautifully provided for with a long table on the balcony overlooking the pool, while on the other side of the house there is a rather attractive barbecue area shaded by a gazebo.
