| PROPERTY INFORMATION |
Katavolos is hidden away in tranquil terraced olive groves near the charmingly unspoilt villages of Nissaki and Kaminaki with their lovely beaches, coves and waterside tavernas. Old trees and shrubs and an ancient olive press all emerged from the wilderness during renovation and so lend maturity to the house. A sensational pool area has been sculpted out of one of the three natural terraces, its horizon edge seeming to melt into the sea and sky, with a magical view of Corfu town across the bay and beyond to the Albanian coast and stunning Corfu channel. Decorated throughout in shades of white and blue, this is a particularly beautiful house, with a sophisticated style of decoration. The road up to the tiny hamlet of Katavolos is winding and in places a little steep, but the reward is rare peace and tranquillity.
