PROPERTY INFORMATION

Armonia was built in a south-facing position at the foot of the western peak of Mt. Pantocrator. To the east, a succession of glorious bays and beaches while to the west it drops down to sea-level and continues in a graceful arc towards the town of Corfu. The passing years have seen many changes, with the steady growth of nearby resorts such as Barbati and Ipsos, but Armonia, surrounded by a garden filled with trees and flanked by low cliffs, has retained its enviable privacy. It cannot be seen from the road and from the sea there is just a tantalizing glimpse of it through the garden gate. A recent radical ‘face-lift’ has brought the villa into the 21st century without diminishing its settled charm – new modern kitchen and bathrooms, new colour schemes, an extension to the lovely sunny terrace, are just some of the changes. The annexe too has been renovated to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the house. Making up your mind whether to swim in the gorgeous horizon pool or in the sea off the small beach below the house could well be the hardest decision you have to make on holiday at this delightful villa. The pool is complemented by sitting and lounging areas, while the beach enjoys sunshine almost all day long with its crystal water and occasionally visited by people on private boats. There is no lack of entertainment in the vicinity, with a good selection of local restaurants, excellent water sports, and some fine walking.
