The house is bathed in sunshine for most of the day, and guests are fortunate in being able to enjoy the magical experience of observing both sunrise and sunset from the broad terraces. The area is noted for the fresh breeze that is an almost daily event and that makes Coyevinas and Avlaki so popular with windsurfers. Inside, the villa possesses an air of inconspicuous elegance, the muted style and colours of the rooms contrasting with just a few richly coloured carpets and ornate wrought iron chandeliers. Comfort comes in the shape of big sofas, large beds, unusually supportive dining chairs, and air conditioning throughout. There is a beautiful private swimming pool and access to the sea,and a magnificent pool terrace, furnished with a massive stone barbecue. The proximity of the kitchen and the generous provision of outdoor seating and tables make this the ideal setting for parties and get-togethers. Teenagers will love the informality and spaciousness of the villa and the ease of access to Kassiopi’s well-known nightlife.
