| The entrance opens into the fully fitted, country style kitchen with yellow units and a central work island. It is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a dining table to seat six. A couple of steps up from the kitchen lead to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A door from the kitchen gives on to a furnished terrace, ideal for dining al fresco. Glass sliding doors from the kitchen lead through to the living room with a stone fireplace and comfortable sofas. There is a television, DVD player and hi-fi. There is also a cloakroom. The Master double bedroom is on the ground floor, off the living room, and has a full bathroom en suite with a hydromassage shower, a dressing area and access to the terrace. A stone staircase leads to the first floor. There is a further double bedroom with a shower room en suite and a twin and a single bedroom which share a separate shower room. The twin bedroom has access to a private terrace that overlooks the pool and garden. A gravel path leads down to the swimming pool (9 x 4m) which is set slightly below the house and has Roman steps at one end. It is surrounded by terracing, furnished with sunloungers, and beyond are lawned gardens planted with rosemary, lavender, rose bushes and cypress trees. |
