| Entering the villa from the gated parking area to the rear you enter onto the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with its’ large private sun terrace and a small study bedroom. Stairs lead to a main living area with a sunken television sitting area and open plan dining room which leads to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and you have the option to take advantage of the covered summer kitchen on the terrace as well. The nearest beach is at Nartelle 900m away and the excellent Sainte Maxime golf course is also nearby. Sainte Maxime is a lovely seaside town where you can enjoy the market, stroll along the seafront gazing at the yachts and the lights of St Tropez, enjoy the summer fireworks and events, eat at a wide range of fantastic restaurants or play the night away in the Casino. |
