Savannah is located in a clearing of vineyards and forest and has the most marvellous panoramic views of the Maures Mountains, the vineyards of the Val de Gilly and the bay of St Tropez just visible across the forest. Whilst you feel completely hidden away and private you are just 4 km from the beautiful villages of La Garde Freinet and Grimaud and only 8 km from the nearest beach. Outside, terraces surround Savannah on three sides and the southern terrace overlooks the large infinity swimming pool which makes the most of the views. The house is made for outdoor living and this terrace is ideal for al fresco meals, it has a large dining table and leads through to the bright modern kitchen, complete with fireplace and a smaller dining table for cooler nights or a change of scene! Inside the house is modern and airy with all mod-cons including a TV area with DVD and Satellite TV off the kitchen/dining room and a large lounge with fireplace and terrace. Savannah has four bedrooms all with air conditioning and wooden floors; the master bedroom with wet room and separate shower is on the ground floor and opens onto a terrace. The three further bedrooms are on the first floor; a lovely double room with its own private terrace and en suite shower a large double and small twin room (ideal for children).The double and twin share a large bathroom with bath and shower. |
