| Surrounded by chestnut trees for which the area is famous, La Souste provides complete privacy from the outside world without being isolated. With its excellent furnishings, many terraces from which to enjoy the peace and calm of the Massif des Maures and delightful gardens with superb new swimming pool, La Souste is a truly delightful property. Cleverly thought out, it is ideal for friends holidaying together but also wanting some independance. This much loved area has plenty to offer. Within walking distance is the delightful village of La Garde Freinet, traditionally famous for its cork trees as well as being an area rich in boar, deer and wild mushrooms, excellent restaurants and a weekly market selling all the local produce. Not far away is Collobrieres (renowned for its marrons glaces) and up a winding road is Notre Dame des Anges, a sanctuary sitting on top of the highest point in the Var. La Souste is a well-appointed property which benefits from a well-equipped kitchen and all “mod-cons” as well as en suite facilities in each bedroom. We know that clients will enjoy the opportunity to stay in this fantastic area and we are delighted that the owners of La Souste have made this beautiful home available to our clients this summer. |
