The house is located just five minutes from the quintessentially picturesque town of Mougins, host to narrow cobbled streets with small boutiques and a myriad of restaurants and local artists. With easy access to Nice from the A8, Beverlywood is peaceful and is located on a private estate of villas set in a large area of mature woodland. Built on one level apart from an upstairs area opening onto a large terrace, this modern house is spacious and well-equipped with a light living room leading out into the private gardens of bamboo, cacti, palm trees and other exotic plants. A fully fitted kitchen provides everything one needs for cooking produce from the local market although any clients will no doubt find pleasure in visiting one of the many superb restaurants in town including the internationally acclaimed Moulin de Mougins just down the road! Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms including a Jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom. The large swimming pool with its electric cover for safety and the pool house are surrounded by lush gardens and are visible from the living room and kitchen. With nine golf courses within 15kms (including the Royal Mougins and the Cannes Country Club), tennis and horse riding nearby, and delightful and sought after destinations such as Eze, Monaco and St Tropez are not far away.
