Cap Pavilion takes its inspiration from the classically designed coral stone villas of Oliver Messel. It features weathered coral stone clad walls, fanlight windows and traditional jalousie shutters painted sage green. The house is built over two levels and around three sides of a central courtyard with wide covered walkways to link one main and two smaller pavilions, with bedrooms and living areas on both floors.
