Byam House is built on three levels, ensuring that all rooms and terraces have spectacular sea views. Each room has exposed wooden ceilings and cool terracotta tiled floors. The furnishings are comfortable with each bedroom having a different colour theme. A cosy living room opens out to a covered verandah, which has a dining area and also a corner for relaxing. The views over Freeman’s Bay are splendid and can be enjoyed from most areas of the property, including the bedrooms. On the lower level, a wooden deck surrounds the swimming pool and extends to a sun terrace on one side and a pergola covered dining area on the other.
