| Barren but beautiful mountains extend rocky arms right to the edge of the sea, and within their embrace, set upon a mile long private beach, is the Al Bustan Palace, famed for the splendour of its architecture, for its firstclass service and for the magnificence of its cuisine. The attention to detail is quite exceptional. The word ‘lavish’ sums up the quality and variety of sports facilities, amusements, restaurants and other amenities that are provided by the hotel. Two hundred acres of gardens form the setting for the twice-weekly Seblat, an evening of authentic Omani food and entertainment that will be enjoyed by everyone. Exciting expeditions can be arranged into the mountains or the desert, to Muscat, or by sea for fishing and diving. |
