Flight Payment

For 2012, all flights need to be paid in full at the time of booking and as part of your overall deposit.

Airport Taxes

The flight prices quoted include all applicable Passenger Service Charges Airport Taxes for both scheduled, “low cost” and charter flights. Full details will be given at time of booking.

Flight Schedules and Aircraft Types

Full details of flight schedules will be given at the time of booking and will be detailed on our holiday confirmation. If any changes are made to any of these details after we have issued our confirmation, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of them.

Airport Representation

We do not provide representation at any UK airport on departure, nor in overseas airports on arrival.

Conditions of Carriage

All flight reservations for holidays are made on the understanding that the Conditions of Carriage of the airline will prevail. In particular, airlines reserve the right to withdraw a flight or consolidate flights at their discretion. Any such changes are covered by clause 5 of our Booking Terms & Conditions.

General Conditions Applying to Flight Bookings

a) Passenger Names: we are only able to book flights for passengers named on the booking form and for whom we hold full details i.e. name (title, first and surnames), age, etc.. We are unable to book flights for unnamed members of your party.

b) Passports: The government of Spain require airlines to collect Advance Passenger Information for passengers prior to travel. You will need to give this information before or at check-in.

The information required is:

– passport number, country of issue, issue – and expiry dates

– your name as it appears on your passport

– nationality

– date of birth

– gender

c) Flight Amendments/Cancellations: all charter flights and most special tour operator scheduled flights are non-transferable, non-refundable and name changes are NOT permitted. The Company reserves the right to treat name changes as cancellations. Please refer to Booking Terms & Conditions Nos. 7 & 8 for flight cancellation charges.

d) i) Infants: infants are defined as being under 2 years on date of DEPARTURE for scheduled flights; and under 2 years on date of RETURN for charter flights. A nominal flight charge for infants will apply. Ask for details at the time of booking. They do not qualify for a seat or meal, although many scheduled services now offer a 10kg baggage allowance. Only one infant per adult may travel as a lap passenger. Most airlines permit the carriage of infants in approved car seats subject to the applicable fare being paid. Skycots are not available on flights used in this programme.

ii) Children: children are defined as being 2 years and under 12 years on the date of DEPARTURE for scheduled flights and 2 years and under 12 years on the date of RETURN for charter flights. Unaccompanied minors (under 12 years) in most cases will not be accepted on any charter flight. Our flight department will advise accordingly.

e) Baggage Allowances: for adults and children: Scheduled flights have an allowance of 20 or 23kg per person (30kg in Club Class or equivalent), and 10kg per infant. Discounted flights have an allowance of 20kg per person. Infants: no luggage allowance. Please check before departure for any updated information regarding baggage policy.

f) One-way Seats: due to Civil Aviation Authority regulations, all flights mentioned are available as part of a holiday on a round trip basis only. Under no circumstances can they be used one-way. Anyone trying to return to the UK on an inbound only sector will be refused permission to board the aircraft and no refund will apply.

g) Pregnancy: airlines have varying restrictions concerning travel during pregnancy – please check with CV Travel prior to booking.

h) Lost Baggage: You must report any lost baggage to the airline before you leave the arrivals hall baggage reclaim area.
