Most of our luxury villas in Italy have their own private swimming pools where you and your family can relax away from the gaze of other holidaymakers. In summer, there is generally no need for heating, as the warmth of the sun keeps the water at a perfect temperature. But in the early and late weeks of the summer season and for breaks at any time of the year, you may find you want to opt for a heatable pool. That’s where our villas with heated pools come into their own. Some of our villas offer more environmentally friendly option of a pool heated by solar panels – these will raise the temperature a few degrees when the sun has been shining. Others have electric or gas heating systems, for which there is often an extra charge. Flick a switch and you can swim in heated comfort virtually all the year around!
