We have received a number of telephone calls and emails from concerned clients about the economic situation in various Euro zone countries asking how it will impact their 2012 holiday.
CV Travel would like to reassure clients that the current situation should not impact visitors and that all the countries are very much open for business.
If any of the countries were to default on its national debt then everyday life will carry on as normal. The locals personal circumstances will change due to higher taxes and public sector cuts but this should not affect your holiday.
One effect of the political unrest has been public demonstrations and strikes. These political demonstrations take place in major urban areas and usually affect banks and transport. In the event of a threatened transport strike we will monitor the situation and take any precautionary action we feel necessary.
