Llenaire

Boutique Hotel

The Hotel Llenaire is a very well preserved old Mallorcan country house, run by members of the same family that, in the 19th century, built it as a grand house next to an existing hunting lodge.

An elegant colonnaded inner patio connects the two buildings and today the house is a luxurious retreat for just a few privileged guests. The guest rooms graciously combine period furniture, fine fabrics and entirely up-to-date modern amenities.

The gorgeous gardens and the 150-hectare farm, where fruit and nuts and vegetables are cultivated for the hotel, provide endless diversions for visitors without leaving the property – you can stroll through the surrounding fields and hills, bathe in the gorgeous horizon swimming pool, relax in the sauna, play tennis or simply lounge and enjoy the gardens.

For a complete change of holiday routine, you may if you wish spend some time assisting on the farm or in the garden! There are beautiful panoramic views from Cap Pinar up to Cap Formentor, and a lovely view of the bay of Pollensa from the swimming pool.

Destination introduction

At the foot of the Formentor peninsula, Puerto Pollensa looks onto a blissful south-facing bay where a vast expanse of sand meets shallow waters as blue as the sky. Behind it are the craggy cliffs and pine-scented slopes of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Puerto Pollensa’s popularity comes as no surprise but there is a second dimension for visitors to enjoy – for inland is the old town of Pollensa, an atmospheric labyrinth of cobbled streets and ochre sandstone houses, centred on the picturesque Plaza Mayor, and its unmissable Sunday market. Tuesday is market day at the lovely traditional village of Campanet and the old town of Alcúdia, with its Roman theatre, is worth exploring any day, both are just 15km away.
