La Felucca

Felucca is a charming stone finca mixing traditional Mallorcan style with down-to-earth elegance.

The galleried hall and colourful fabric hangings soften the antique pastel washed walls, exuding a sense of space and coolness. Rugged textures such as the terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, log fires and antiques suggest an historic building, now a wonderful holiday home. Accommodating six in the main house, there is a separate ‘Casita’, a guest house which sleeps four, with its own sitting room and covered terrace. Outside, the scented garden is dotted with palms and citrus trees, there are cobbled and paved shady terraces, a barbecue area with a long oak table, and lawns surrounding a pretty, fenced swimming pool and bamboo covered pergola. This delightful villa is popular with families with one shaded terrace enjoying a table tennis table, and there is an equipped children’s play area behind an old carob tree. Pollensa, with its shops and restaurants, is a just a short drive away.
