A short walk from the lovely sandy beach at La Joya, Casa Borela exudes a welcoming ambience on entering its handsome wrought iron gates.

The well-established, leafy private garden of this attractive villa is distinguished by different species of mature palm trees, the most majestic of which spreads its fronds over one corner of the swimming pool, creating a shady oasis with inviting sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. This is a charming air-conditioned property, with a bright, clean décor, finished with tiled floors and traditional whitewashed walls. There is a lovely terrace with its beamed roof and muslin curtains fanned by every passing breeze, overlooking the pool and gardens. A gate at the back of the garden opens on to a track that leads to the beach, just a short walk away. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is close to the village of San Carlos and a local shop and tennis court are also nearby. Casa Borela is a lovely villa, popular with small families and couples.

A traditional favourite amongst artists San Carlos is a small, yet well known village and has a long-standing tradition as a meeting point on the island. People gather at the cafés and bars or at the hippy market which takes place each Saturday at the Las Dalias restaurant.
