Formally an olive mill and still featuring the ancient grinding stones, Molino Los Medicos is restored to an impressively high standard, while the strong Moorish heritage is subtly modernized.

Huge rooms open on to enclosed cloisters that in turn lead onto an inner courtyard with a fountain and fruit trees. The vibrantly coloured rugs, together with some vivid pieces of artwork are the few touches of colour in the otherwise elegantly monochrome decoration. The bedrooms feature unusually large beds with windows opening on to outside terraces or balconies, air-conditioning and individual broadband connections.

The handsome kitchen is large and very well-equipped for entertaining, with the possibility of employing a chef and waitress as required. A separate Cinema Room has a drop-down screen for viewing DVDs or Sky Plus TV.

The gorgeous swimming pool boasts a dining terrace and poolside bar with imaginative lighting. Additional possibilities for holiday exercise can be found in the games room or at the full-size, floodlit private tennis court.
