Furnished to combine understated elegance with exceptional comfort, this five bedroom house has a large sitting room with two areas for relaxation, a small music room with an upright piano (tuned on request), a dining room, and a delightful vine covered terrace for al fresco meals. Six hectares of gardens and orchards surround the house, making it wonderfully private, and the heated swimming pool is naturally screened with shrubs and trees. With the services of a maid/cook 6 days a week, the house is available all year and has central heating and log fires for cosy nights when evenings are cooler. With Sintra, Lisbon, atmospheric Sesimbra and Setubal within easy reach, historic Evora within an hour’s drive, and the vineyards of Azeitao almost on the doorstep, not to mention some beautiful beaches on the Costa Azul, Quinta da Raposeira is superbly located, with

gardens that induce an air of splendid relaxation.
