Villa Bramasole

Villa Bramasole is a newly-refurbished luxury villa, providing accommodation of a very high standard. A relaxing retreat in the centre of one of the most beautiful private nature reserves in Italy.

Villa Bramasole is set on top of a hill, affording breathtaking views across the valley and its lakes, valleys and rivers. The villa sleeps up to 6 people (8 people if there are children) and all the bedrooms have their own individual colour schemes and are very spacious with excellent facilities including air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms.

The villa is set on a prestigius private estate and the the mature gardens are dotted with olive trees. The superb infinity pool has stunning views across the valley. Within the estate at 2 minutes from the villa there is the 18 hole golf course of Antognolla, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Guests have preferential rates on the green fees and at the restaurant 'Il Caldaro' in the Club House.

Room Description

Ground Floor: Sitting room leading through to dining room with French windows out to the terrace and gardens • Kitchen • Double bedroom (can be twin) with bathroom en suite.

First Floor: Bedroom with bunk beds (can accommodate 4 children) with bathroom en suite

Second Floor: Double bedroom (can be twin) with bathroom en suite and direct access to the private roof terrace.

Private Infinity Pool

12 x 6 m, 1.5 m deep with built-in steps. Pool Heating (on request, payable locally). The pool is open from mid May until mid September. Outside these dates, the pool can be opened on request for an extra charge. Please see Travel Directory.

Welcome Provisions Included

A welcome gesture to offer you a drink after your journey; tea or coffee and biscuits, wine or juice and a snack. They are not sufficient for an entire meal. Owners will also generally leave a few other items such as some salt, sugar, oil, bin bags and toilet paper.

Food Hamper

Can be arranged for an additional  cost and service charge payable locally. For guests who are arriving late or who recognize they may be delayed and arrive with no time to do shopping. Shops are  shut on Sundays, so the aim of the Food Hampers is to provide two light meals  and two breakfasts, to allow guests to go out for one meal, then do more  shopping on Monday. We can adapt these hampers to take into account allergies, dislikes and dietary requirements, or according to whether there are children in the party. Cook Service

Availability on request, costs  payable locally. Booking fee. Minimum 4 people.

Cooking Classes are available at the villa or at the gold clubhouse (minimum 4 people)

Linen and Towels

Provided once per week on Saturday.

2 hours, 6 days per week.

Tenancy Times

Tenancies commence at 16:00 on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure. NB those arriving after 20:00 will be charged an additional amount to cover the cost of staff needed to await arrival.

18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, golf clubhouse and restaurant facilities in the same estate 5 minutes from the villa accessible by golf cart via a private path through the nature reserve.All guests staying have discounts on

the golf green fees and at the clubhouse restaurant.
