Villa San Vincenzo

This beautiful property is situated between the Chianti villages of Gaiole and Castelnuovo Berardegna and has been immaculately restored, blending modern design and decorative pieces with Tuscan architecture.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are all decorated in this modern style and have unusually large bathrooms. There is also a study, a large flat screen satellite television and the property is equipped with WiFi. Downstairs, the large kitchen with built-in American style fridge/freezer, microwave and all mod cons is a keen cook's dream.

The maid will cook delicious Tuscan specialities on request and the covered terrace is an ideal spot to dine al fresco or simply read quietly and unwind under the Tuscan sun. There are extensive lawned gardens for children to play in. With magnificent views over the olive grove and orchard, the pool has plenty of smart sun furniture and is a fantastic sun trap.

With all the speciality markets, enoteche, and restaurants in the villages of Chianti within easy reach and yet totally eclipsed from the outside world, this property is a great venue for a party of friends or family reunion.

Rental Condition: If the house is rented for 10 - 12, the guest house will be closed. The  very helpful English-speaking caretaker lives on the premises in a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. There is a very large outside dining table under the portico of the guest house and a further dining table outside the kitchen of the main house.

Private Pool

12m x 6m. with built-in steps. The pool is open from end of May until beginning of October. Pool opening outside these dates is on request and there may be an extra charge.

Food Hamper

Can be arranged for an additional cost and service charge payable locally. For guests who are arriving late or who recognize they may be delayed and arrive with no time to do shopping. Shops are shut on Sundays, so the aim of the Food Hampers is to provide some items to tide guests over for the weekend, before shopping on Monday. Please do complete the Food Hamper form and return to us.

Tenancies commence at 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure.
