At the beautiful Kivotos Hotel in Mykonos, a private villa, Noah's Villa is a spectacular waterfront property offering a unique style and ultimate privacy to discerning travellers.  Situated right on the waterfront, overlooking Ornos Bay, the Villa is exceptional in many ways, not least for its private heated swimming pool that extends right into the villa itself, and for the fact that its three  floors are linked by elevator rather than stairs.

The Villa is entirely separate from all other suites and rooms at the hotel and offers the guest rare intimacy and luxury. It has its own mini-gym and sauna and private access to the hotel spa. On the top floor is a beautifully furnished  dining terrace with its own cocktail bar and a self-contained kitchen for butler service. With its superb views, there could be no more romantic spot for a candle-lit dinner a deux or a private party.

Like the main hotel, the Villa is decorated in classic Cycladic white, enhanced by some fine antiques and local artwork. 

5-star hotel amenities available to guests include a small private beach, world-class squash  court, and possibility of trips and cruises with the hotel’s private motor-yacht.

The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
