The view from Villa Vasia is quite likely to induce a trance from which you may not awaken for the rest of your holiday!

Looking down over the thickly wooded hills so typical of Lefkada, the eye focuses on a beautiful bay below, where the green backs of numerous islands rise from the water like a group of turtles basking in the sun. Villa Vasia is a new house, attractively finished in a melon-pink stucco. Set on a hillside, just beneath Villa Villy, fragrant with the scent of pine and cypress, it overlooks a splendid terrace which forms the setting for its lovely private swimming pool. It has its own gardens, and in spring and autumn the wild flowers brighten the groves of trees beyond.The fully air-conditioned villa is well equipped and attractively furnished, and every room is designed to make the most of the stunning view, with individual balcony or terrace. The quiet village of Perigiali lies just over a kilometre away down on the coast, with its own small beach called Passa further on. Fishing boats tie up at the village quayside, virtually guaranteeing a pleasant meal of fresh fish at one of the waterside tavernas. The busy and cosmopolitan town of Nidri is 2 kilometres down the coast, well worth a visit. The beauty of its setting cannot be denied however, and it is the setting-off point for some wonderful boat trips, and definitely a place for yacht spotting.
