Perigiali Galatia & Galini

These two properties are tucked away amidst terraces of olive trees within easy reach of beautiful beaches. Decorated and furnished throughout in pristine cream and white, these properties offer accommodation of a very high standard. With a shared tennis court, these two spacious houses are the perfect setting for a large party wishing to holiday all together.

The properties are approached by automatic electric gates which lead down a sweeping drive. Each villa is set in gardens which offer privacy to relax amid spacious terraces and beautifully manicured gardens adorned with lemon, orange and olive trees.

The villas are considered to have some of the most spectacular views anywhere on the island. Spread out like a living carpet below, the view takes in the bays and headlands of Skorpios, Sparti, Meganissi and other islands, separated by a sheet of shimmering blue sea. This view will be the backdrop of hours of amusement in the lovely swimming pool or to long meals on the dining terrace by the pool. 

The quiet village of Perigalli lies just over a kilometre away down on the coast, with its own small beach called Passa further on. Fishing boats tie up at the village quayside, virtually guaranteeing a pleasant meal of fish in the area. The small town of Nidri is 2 km down the coast and well worth a visit, especially if you want to catch a boat to the other islands. The beauty of the location of these properties cannot be denied and they are the starting point for some wonderful boat trips and definitely a place for yacht spotting.

Interiors shown are of Galini, the lower house. The properties are almost identical, the same furniture has been purchased for each one and the the only difference is that Galatia has windows either side of the fireplace.

Galatia is set on an upper level and the tennis court is located on a lower level, set away from Galini.

Staircase to First floor: (The newels (bars) on the staircase to the first floor in each property are approximately 30 cm wide and we therefore recommend that young children are very closely supervised when in the vicinity of the staircase): Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite and private balcony • Double bedroom with bathroom en suite and private balcony.
