A ten minute walk downhill via a track from the villa leads guests to the cove, where there is a private boat mooring, as no-one can visit this gorgeous area and not wish to explore it by boat. Air-conditioned throughout, with landscaped gardens Kalithea is secluded, with the space to accommodate a family group or a party of friends in a style rarely encountered in holiday rentals. A self-contained lower floor studio with its own kitchenette gives some useful flexibility to the accommodation arrangements.
