One of the prettiest houses in the village  of St Stephano, with its lovely private garden setting, Villa Maria’s appeal is greatly enhanced by its own swimming pool. The owner’s talents with plants and flowers have always lent particular charm to this attractive house, and the swimming pool blends beautifully into this lovely setting. The house itself is traditional and comfortable, with rooms opening on to a covered verandah overlooking the pool. Outdoor meals can be enjoyed on the verandah, or at the pretty palm-shaded barbecue area. Situated at the back of the village, Villa Maria is a perfect example of a house where children of any age will be especially happy and never at a loose end, with a beach, and amusements such as a pool table and satellite TV only a short walk away. Adults too will find that the bars and restaurants, and colourful shops, of this friendly village are conveniently close, just far enough away to be unobtrusive.

Boat Hire: There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.

St Stephano Introduction

St Stephano is a pretty little harbour with lots of waterborne activity in its horseshoe shaped bay, seafront tavernas and something of interest for visitors of all ages. It is also particularly child-friendly. For adults and older teenagers, the more sophisticated attractions of Kassiopi are not far away.

Those who love walking and exploring should follow the coastal path around the protected headland between St Stephano and Avlaki – with no less than three natural lakes and a string of almost deserted beaches, wild life is abundant.
