An attractively modern villa with no lack of facilities, and the appealing attractions of St Stephano and Kassiopi within easy reach. This villa lays just off the country road that winds down to St Stephano, in a quiet area of olive groves and cypress trees, with glorious views over the hillsides and down to the lovely harbour below. The villa itself is particularly well-provided with space to relax. Outside, it is the big pool that is an irresistible draw, complemented by plenty of really comfortable seating in sun or shade, and surrounded with foot-friendly decking. There is also a very pleasant grassy garden area to one side. An elevated outdoor dining pergola and a well-equipped barbecue area round off the excellent exterior facilities. Above all, it is the views that will demand your attention, by day when ships and yachts glide past the harbour of St Stephano below, or perhaps in the evenings as the sun sets and turns the mainland mountains to purple.
