Strongilo

This attractive villa occupies a very favoured position on the glorious stretch of coastline between St Stephano and Kerasia – one of the most sought-after areas of northeast Corfu and a firm favourite with CV clients. Strongilo is by no means isolated, yet enjoys an unusually high level of privacy due to the wonderfully varied and mature trees and shrubs that surround it. Set on a sunny hillside adjacent to Kasomitria, the views down to the sea, along the coast and across to the mainland are superb and still very much the same as they must have been many years ago. Strongilo is a modern house, locally owned and comfortable, with a very pretty dining terrace shaded by creeper and bougainvillea. A charming pool with plenty of sunbathing space and a particularly attractive stone barbecue area makes a wonderful setting for a casual outdoor meal. An evening meal in Kerasia or St Stephano would make a pleasant finale to a day of relaxation and swimming – an easy stroll away.
