Alisoni

This striking house overlooks one of Corfu’s best-known private estates, and shares with it one of the most inspiring views on the island. The eye is constantly drawn to the graceful vista of the mountains of southern Albania, and to the sapphire expanse of sea that lies before it. Alisoni is a very attractive modern villa, with spacious living and sleeping areas that all open on to their own balconies and terraces. For 2011, the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were refurbished and modernised. The swimming pool is perhaps the most distinctive feature of this elegant house – there is something reminiscent of a Roman villa about the way the steps descend into the pool directly from the shaded terrace of the house. Alisoni is situated in an area that was until recently quite off the beaten track, reached by a stony road up from the road between St Stephano and Kerasia. Others have now discovered the beauty of this hillside olive grove, but Alisoni remains one of our most popular properties, within comparatively easy reach of all the practical requirements for a good holiday – beaches, shops, tavernas.

Kerasia Introduction

Kerasia is still an escapist’s dream. It is quiet, beautiful and has one of the loveliest beaches in the north east for swimming, but it should be noted that the beach does become noticeably busier in July and August.
