Sussex Beach House is a unique 1930's art deco white washed house with floor to ceiling glass walls and located right on the beach on the South coast.

The spacious interior includes 6 double bedrooms, with minimal, cool contemporary furnishings. Boasting a large heated swimming pool and open sea views, there is also direct access to the secluded pebble beach from the garden. 

Sussex Beach House is situated just 9km from Brighton, with its fabulous shops in the lanes, the Royal Pavilion, the Theatre Royal, a vast selection of wonderful places to eat and drink and The Palace Pier. Sussex Beach House is also perfect for special celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries.

Price Includes

House rental only prices for 7 nights. Based on 12 sharing. Short breaks available on request.

Short breaks and special occasions: Sussex Beach House caters for birthdays, anniversaries and short break weekends out of high season.

Change over day: Saturday.

Tenancy Times: Tenancies commence at 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and houses are to be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure.

Dogs: Unfortunately dogs are not permitted at this property.

Conditions: Outside noise levels to be kept to a minimum after 10pm at night • Sorry no stag or hen parties • £1000 damage deposit for this property.
