Cap Pavilion

Sleeps up to 11

Set on the summit of a secluded four acre hilltop in the Cap Estate, Cap Pavilion enjoys the utmost privacy and sweeping 360 degree vistas of both the Caribbean and Atlantic coasts. The perfect villa for family groups or a wedding.

Cap Pavilion takes its inspiration from the classically designed coral stone villas of Oliver Messel. It features weathered coral stone clad walls, fanlight windows and traditional jalousie shutters painted sage green. The house is built over two levels and around three sides of a central courtyard with wide covered walkways to link one main and two smaller pavilions, with bedrooms and living areas on both floors. All rooms are elegantly and distinctively furnished. The sprawling gardens are simply brimming with tropical flowers, fruit trees, shrubs and palms. The wide verandahs and terraces are designed to make the most of the tremendous views and surrounding greenery. The gardens are very much part of the interior design and provide a secluded and romantic setting for the poolside gazebo and large swimming pool.

Destination introduction

The north of St Lucia is more cosmopolitan and lively than the south. The beaches tend to be golden interspersed with dark, volcanic coves, and you will find most of the villas that we feature in the very north on the Cap Estate, near the golf course. From the Cap Estate there are wonderful views to be had of Pigeon Point Island (joined by a causeway) and many great beaches, the largest being Reduit Beach. The capital, Castries, is also in the north, famous for its market and historical sites, and Rodney Bay offers marinas, a variety of watersports and an extensive range of restaurants, bars and a diversity of nightlife.
